Really really nice 3 night stay. Excellent staff, and the best owner ever. Magnificent setting close enough to main shops & historic city centre, a lovely quiet area and the port, lots of restaurants and things to see nearby.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in the nicest part of town and within walking distance to all amenities. It was just a short walk to the marina where I could catch the bus to the beautiful beaches. The hotel facilities were excellent, with good WiFi and air conditioning in all the rooms. The staff, especially the host Nicola, were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and everything was spotlessly clean.

Could not be improved in any way.

we had a fantastic stay in cagliari close to a lovely quiet area of town, lots of restaurants and sightseeings. their room was huge and clean and complete with the old cagliari nice kitchen and lovely wooden wardrobes. had everything we needed, recommend.

The location of Le Tres Case was perfect for our 10-day holiday. We felt like locals in the old part of the city, but it was also easy to access the rest of the city. the host, Nicola, was friendly and helpful, and the apartment had a great location with much-needed air conditioning. It's worth exploring outside of Cagliari to experience the full flavor of Sardinia, like visiting the pretty town of Pula and the beautiful beach of Chia. the locals we met on the bus were friendly and even shared their snacks with us. a wonderful experience.

The flat was spotlessly clean with stunning rustic decorations and stylish furniture. The location was mind-blowing, just a few minutes from the historic center, shops, bars, and a lively square with fantastic restaurants. The host was super helpful and responsive, assisting with transfers and providing amazing recommendations for local attractions. The apartment had all the necessary amenities such as Wi-Fi, cookware, utensils, a flat-screen TV, and cots if needed. It felt like a home away from home, with every detail carefully thought out for a jaw-dropping holiday experience in the heart of the city.

Perfect location in an old quarter, lovely square with bars nearby. Everything was new, clean and nicely furnished. The owner was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend! Cons: Who needs wifi in the bedroom anyway? And no TV? How will I survive without mindless entertainment?!

Our stay at Le Tre Case was lovely! Nicola, the host, was easy to communicate with and we were able to check in early. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, although the bedframes had sharp edges. Nicola gave us helpful tips and recommendations for things to do and places to eat. a nice stay in a fantastic location.

Kitchen - The fully equipped kitchen in the apartment was a lifesaver during our stay. We felt like master chefs as we prepared delicious meals using the microwave. It was like participating in our very own cooking show, minus the pressure and cameras. Absolute culinary bliss!

Distance - The only slight drawback was the distance of the accommodation from Elmas airport.

One minor inconvenience was the loud flushing of the toilet, which could disturb light sleepers at night.
